This architectural addition to the TAO Cultural Center in Herzliya planned by office Asaf Lerman Architects introduces a light, modular vertical farming department atop the original 2012 structure. Designed for the elderly community, it integrates sustainable agriculture through vertical systems, outdoor growing areas, and therapeutic gardening. The intervention enhances the existing building’s language while fostering community, ecology, and care.
